Data controller and contact
FlyPeak, obrt za proizvodnju bespilotnih letjelica provides services under the name PLYMEND. For questions about your data, contact info@plymend.com.
Data we process
The form collects your email address, part type, material, description of the damage and photos. Your name and telephone number are optional. An email address, description, part type and at least one photo are needed to handle an enquiry. You can indicate if you are unsure of the material.
Please do not send photos of people, documents or other unnecessary personal information. When processing photos, we remove embedded metadata, including location data where present.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your request, assess repair options and agree the service: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract. Data needed to meet legal obligations is processed on that basis. Measures against misuse of the form are based on our legitimate interest in operating the service securely.
Storage and access
Enquiries and photos are stored in a Supabase database and private storage. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Enquiry photos are not a public gallery; administrator viewing links are short-lived. Resend sends administrators a notification containing the part category and a link to the protected enquiry. Photos, your email address and your description are not included in that notification.
The hosting provider Totohost processes technical data needed to operate the website. We do not sell your data.
Retention periods
We retain enquiry data as needed to respond, agree and perform the service, meet applicable legal obligations and protect legal claims. Temporary incomplete uploads and technical rate-limit records older than 24 hours are removed by a regular maintenance task.
Public photos of our work
Sending photos for an assessment does not give permission to publish them. Publication is a separate step, after the appropriate rights and necessary permissions have been secured.
Cookies and measurement
Optional measurement tools load only when configured and with your consent. We do not load Google tags without consent. Administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Protection against excessive submissions uses a cryptographic hash of a network identifier, where provided by trusted hosting.
We use Google Analytics 4 with your analytics consent. We send the public page name and address without parameters, and an event when an enquiry is successfully saved. To identify search visits, we use only the domain of a recognised search engine, without search terms. We do not send contact details, damage descriptions, photos or enquiry identifiers. We do not track administration pages. You can withdraw consent in cookie settings.
We enable Google Ads only with separate advertising consent, to measure advertising performance and for remarketing. It may process network and ad-click identifiers and use advertising cookies. Where conversion tracking is configured, we send Google an event confirming submission, without form contents. We do not use enhanced conversions with contact details. You can withdraw consent in cookie settings; we then deny advertising consent, stop conversion events and remove accessible advertising cookies on our domain.
Read more about Google’s data processing in the Google privacy policy. Audience measurement is based on your consent and is not required to use this website.
Your choice to accept or reject optional cookies is stored locally in your browser until you change it or clear site data. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change it. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent enquiries or essential sign-in cookies.
