Service provider and service
PLYMEND is the name of the carbon fibre and composite repair service provided by FlyPeak, obrt za proizvodnju bespilotnih letjelica . Contact: info@plymend.com.
Enquiry and initial assessment
Sending photos and a description is an enquiry. It does not place an order for a repair or oblige you to send the part. Based on the available information, we assess whether sending the part is worthwhile and provide an indicative price or range. The assessment is free of charge.
Inspection and acceptance
After inspecting the part, we confirm repair feasibility, scope, price and timing. Work begins after you accept the agreement. Not every type of damage can be repaired. If further damage or a need to change the scope or price is identified, we agree additional work with you beforehand.
Shipping and personal handover
Send the part only after prior agreement. Delivery, personal handover in Slavonski Brod and return shipping are arranged individually. The customer pays delivery and return costs. Pack the part appropriately to reduce the risk of further damage in transit.
Declining the proposal after inspection
If you decline the proposal or a repair is not possible, we agree the return of the part. The assessment is free; the customer pays return shipping. We do not begin a repair without your acceptance.
Appearance and finishing
The repair may remain visible. Sanding, surface preparation, clear coating and painting are agreed separately and are not automatically included. Finishing can make the repair less visible, but a completely invisible result is not guaranteed. Options depend on the particular part and its construction.
Price, timing and payment
Price depends on the material, construction and extent of damage. Timing and payment arrangements are agreed for the particular job. An estimate from photos is not a final quotation following physical inspection.
Complaints and consumer rights
You can send a written complaint to info@plymend.com . We respond within the applicable statutory period. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. Applicable information about the service and your rights is provided before a specific agreement is concluded.
