Carbon fibre and composite repair services.

Carbon fibre, fibreglass, aramid or a combination of materials. We inspect each part and agree on a repair approach suited to its construction and damage.

Carbon bike frame and component repair

We assess repairs to carbon bike frames, forks, wheels and other composite bicycle components.

Request a Repair Assessment

Damage location, joints and mounting points

The position of a crack or fracture relative to joints and mounting points matters, as does the surrounding structure. Include the model, whether the damage resulted from a fall, impact or clamping, and any previous repairs.

Can every carbon fork or wheel be repaired?

No. Feasibility depends on construction and damage. Photos start the assessment; the final decision follows inspection. We do not automatically promise restoration of the original factory specifications.

Tennis racket and sports equipment repair

We repair composite frames, hoops and throats of tennis and other rackets. We also assess composite parts from other sports equipment.

Request a Repair Assessment

Frame condition and previous repairs

The fracture location, surrounding frame and condition of the rest of the racket determine whether a repair makes sense. Show both sides of the damage and include the model and any previous repairs.

Does the service include restringing?

This service covers repair of composite racket parts. Restringing is not part of the confirmed offering. Mention any other requirements in your enquiry so we can clarify the scope.

Carbon car parts and motorcycle fairing repair

We repair spoilers, diffusers, motorcycle fairings, covers and similar parts made from carbon fibre, fibreglass and other composites.

Request a Repair Assessment

Mounting points, missing material and appearance

We assess cracks, broken edges and damaged mounting points. Access to the inside and any missing material affect the repair options. Include the vehicle, material and desired finish; photograph nearby mounts and the inside where accessible.

Can you repair and paint a fairing?

Alongside the repair assessment, we can discuss surface preparation, clear coating or painting. Finishing is not automatically included; scope and appearance are agreed separately.

RC model and composite wing repair

We repair wings and other carbon fibre, fibreglass and hybrid composite parts from RC aircraft and model gliders.

Request a Repair Assessment

Wing structure and adjacent joints

Cracks and fractures in the skin or spar are assessed in the context of the whole wing structure. Its shape, the condition of adjacent joints and access to the damage determine the repair options and method.

Send a photo of the whole part, both sides of the damaged area and details of nearby joints. Include the model, dimensions, material if known, and any previous repairs.

Do I need to send the whole model?

Send photos first. Based on the construction and damage, we will agree which part needs to be sent for inspection.

Carbon fibre and fibreglass in practice

Carbon fibre (CFRP) and fibreglass (GFRP) repairs require assessment of the structure, laminate and access to the damage. Repairing the material involves more than repainting the surface. We assess each part individually.

Finishing by agreement

Sanding, surface preparation, clear coating and painting can make a repair less visible. Finishing is agreed separately to suit the part and the desired appearance. The repair may remain visible.

  1. 01

    Photos and description

Take photos of the whole part and the damage from several angles. Include the model and a short description of what happened.

  2. 02

    Initial assessment

We assess repair feasibility and an indicative price free of charge. Some parts require physical inspection before we can advise further.

  3. 03

    Inspection, shipping and quotation

If an inspection is appropriate, we agree shipping to Croatia and return arrangements, including costs, in advance. After inspection, we confirm the scope and price before you decide.

  4. 04

    The agreed repair

Work starts after you accept the proposal. We agree any additional damage, changes in scope or finishing with you before proceeding.

  5. 05

    Return of your part

We return the part as agreed. The customer pays delivery and return costs. Personal handover in Slavonski Brod is also possible by arrangement.

Carbon fibre and composite repair costs

The assessment is free of charge. Repair costs depend on the material, construction and extent of the damage. If we discover further damage, we agree any changes before doing additional work. Not every type of damage can be repaired.

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Should I send the part straight away?

No. Send photos and a description first. Send the part only after we agree the next step.

Which photos should I send?

Take photos of the damage from several angles and include the whole part. Daylight and sharp focus help us assess it.

What if I do not know the material?

Select “Not sure” in the form. Include photos, the name or model of the part and anything you know about it.

How much does carbon fibre or fibreglass repair cost?

Price depends on the material, construction and extent of damage. Photos allow us to give an indicative price or range.

When is the final price confirmed?

After inspecting the part and before starting the repair. If further damage is found, we agree changes to the scope and price before additional work.

How long will the repair take?

We agree the timing for the particular repair after inspecting the part.

Can every type of damage be repaired?

No. We assess each part individually. Some types of damage or construction are not suitable for repair.

Will the repair be visible?

It may remain visible. Finishing can make it less noticeable, but a completely invisible result is not guaranteed.

Can you provide finishing?

We can agree sanding, surface preparation, clear coating and painting. Finishing is arranged separately to suit the part and your desired result.

What if I decline the quotation after inspection?

The assessment is free. If you decline the quotation or repair is not possible, we agree the return of your part. No repair starts without your acceptance. You pay delivery and return costs.

Can I enquire from another European country?

Yes. Send photos and a description first. If repair appears feasible, we agree whether to send the part to our workshop in Croatia. Shipping arrangements and costs in both directions are agreed in advance; the customer pays these costs.

From Europe to our workshop in Croatia

You can send photos from any European country. Shipping the actual part to Slavonski Brod is arranged only after an initial assessment. Delivery and return arrangements and costs are agreed in advance. Final scope and price are confirmed after an appropriate inspection.

Photos do not always reveal the condition of internal laminate layers and joints. When the extent of damage is unclear, the part needs to be inspected before we can confirm whether repair is possible.

Can your part be repaired?

Photos and a brief description help us recommend the next step.
