Composite car and motorcycle part repair.
We repair spoilers, diffusers, fairings, covers and other carbon fibre and fibreglass vehicle parts. We assess each part according to its material, use, mounting points and the extent of damage.
Spoilers, diffusers and carbon parts
Show cracks, separating layers or damaged edges together with the whole part. Shape, access to the inside and the condition of nearby mounting points matter for assessment. Include the vehicle model, material if known, and whether any material is missing.
Motorcycle fairings and fibreglass
We consider repairs to composite fairings and covers, including damaged edges and mounts. Photograph both sides, joints and fixing points. If you do not know whether the part is fibreglass, carbon or another material, mention that in your enquiry.
Painting and visible carbon weave
We agree the structural repair and finish according to the desired result. Surface preparation, coating and painting can be arranged. Repairs to visible carbon may remain noticeable; we do not promise an exact weave match or an invisible repair.
Assessment before shipping
Send the whole part, close-ups of the damage inside and outside, and a description of how it happened. Include previous work and the finish you would like. Repair feasibility and scope are confirmed after any necessary inspection. Shipping is agreed in advance.
Before the repair
Can every carbon or fibreglass part be repaired?
No. Construction, use, damage and access to the affected area determine repair feasibility. If an appropriate repair is not possible, we explain why.
Can you repair a part with a missing piece?
It depends on the size and location of the missing area and whether its shape or broken pieces are available. Include photos and keep broken pieces for an agreed inspection.
Do you have photos of vehicle part repairs?
Our current public gallery shows our RC work. We do not yet have photos of completed car or motorcycle part repairs. We offer the service with individual assessment and agreement on the result.
Workshop in Croatia, enquiries from Europe
Send assessment photos from Croatia or elsewhere in Europe. We agree delivery to our Slavonski Brod workshop and return shipping before you send the part. German-language communication is available for enquiries from Germany and Austria.
